Roxboro's population is changing. The recent Census shows  that Roxboro's population is growing and becoming more diverse. Accurate population counts and analysis plays a key role in many City programs. Some federal and state funding is based on the population. The Planning & Development Department works to ensure that the City's population is accurately counted.
